PA (Public Administration)
4 (empat) EO yaitu:
- Lulusan dapat menjadi administrator publik yang memadukan konsep dan teori tentang perancangan dan pengelolaan organisasi sektor publik, implementasi kebijakan publik, pengelolaan pelayanan dan administrasi pembangunan, serta mampu merumuskan alternatif pemecahan masalah prosedural yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi dan manajemen sektor publik; mampu merumuskan dan mengkomunikasikan alternatif solusi yang berada di luar kewenangannya kepada pimpinannya; dan menguasai konsep dan teori etika dan integritas administrasi publik.
- Menjadi birokrat yang mampu merencanakan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam merancang dan mengelola organisasi sektor publik, mengimplementasikan kebijakan publik, mengelola pelayanan dan administrasi pembangunan serta mampu memecahkan masalah dengan mengambil diskresi sesuai dengan kewenangannya.
- Lulusan dapat menjadi analis kebijakan yang mampu menyusun telaah staf dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, serta mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan informasi dan kemampuan analisis yang dimilikinya.
- Lulusan dapat menjadi Manajer Kegiatan Lapangan yang mampu mengelola sektor publik untuk mewujudkan nilai-nilai publik, efisiensi, efektivitas, keadilan dan demokrasi baik secara individu maupun tim.
14 (empat belas) Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) yang terdiri dari 4 bagian yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan umum, keterampilan khusus dan sikap.
PENGETAHUAN
- Lulusan mampu memahami konsep, teori, metode dan alat analisis di bidang administrasi publik, ilmu politik dan teori sosial.
- Lulusan mampu memahami pengetahuan yang mendukung pembangunan karakter yang berlandaskan etika administrasi publik
- Lulusan mampu menerapkan (mengaplikasikan) metode dan alat analisis dalam bidang administrasi publik
- Lulusan mampu mengevaluasi metode yang tepat pada kasus-kasus dimensi kebijakan publik, struktur organisasi publik, manajemen publik, etika publik, akuntabilitas kinerja sektor publik, dan isu-isu publik.
- Lulusan mampu menghasilkan (mengkonstruksi) penelitian dan karya ilmiah di bidang administrasi publik
KETERAMPILAN UMUM
- Lulusan mampu menerapkan pemikiran logis, kritis, sistematis, dan inovatif dalam konteks pengembangan atau implementasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang memperhatikan dan menerapkan nilai humaniora yang sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya;
- Lulusan mampu mengimplementasikan kinerja mandiri, bermutu, dan terukur dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan
- Lulusan mampu menganalisis permasalahan di bidang keahliannya berdasarkan hasil analisis informasi dan data
KETERAMPILAN KHUSUS
- Lulusan mampu menghubungkan konsep, teori, metode dan alat analisis di bidang administrasi publik dan isu-isu publik dengan tugas-tugas yang diberikan dengan tingkat ketepatan yang tinggi.
- Lulusan dapat mengimplementasikan (mengimplementasikan) kemampuan berkomunikasi, mengadvokasi kebijakan dan kepentingan publik secara efektif dalam pembangunan daerah dan negara.
- Lulusan mampu membuat karya ilmiah (laporan dan tugas akhir) secara sistematis dan metodis.

- Lulusan mampu menunjukkan sikap percaya diri dalam bekerja baik secara mandiri maupun kelompok.
- Lulusan mampu menunjukkan komitmen profesional terhadap etika dan profesi
