PA (Public Administration)
4 (four) EOs namely:
- Graduates can become public administrators who combine concepts and theories about designing and managing public sector organizations, implementing public policies, managing development services and administration, and are able to formulate alternative procedural problem solving related to the effectiveness and efficiency of public sector organizations and management; Able to formulate and communicate alternative solutions that are beyond their authority to their leaders; and master the concepts and theories of public administration ethics and integrity.
- To become a bureaucrat who is able to plan the use of information technology in designing and managing public sector organizations, implementing public policies, managing development services and administration and able to solve problems by taking discretion in accordance with their autho
- Graduates can become policy analysts who are able to compile staff reviews in the decision- making process, and are able to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently by using the information and analytical skills they have.
- Graduates can become Field Activity Managers who are able to manage the public sector to realize public values, efficiency, effectiveness, justice and democracy both individually and in teams.
14 (fourteen) Intended Learning Outcomes (ILO) consisting of 4 parts namely knowledge, general skills, specific skills and attitudes.
KNOWLEDGE
- Graduates are able to understand concepts, theories, methods and analytical tools in the fields of public administration, political science and social theory.
- Graduates are able to understand the knowledge that supports character building based on public administration ethics.
- Graduates are able to apply (apply) methods and analytical tools in the field of public administration.
- Graduates are able to evaluate appropriate methods in cases of public policy dimensions, public organizational structure, public management, public ethics, public sector performance accountability, and public issues.
- Graduates are able to produce (construct) research and scientific work in the field of public administration.
GENERIC SKILL
- Graduates are able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of developing or implementing science and technology that pays attention to and applies humanities values in accordance with their field of expertise;
- Graduates are able to implement independent, quality, and measurable performance in the development of science
- Graduates are able to analyze problems in their field of expertise based on the results of analysis of information and data
SPECIFIC SKILL
- Graduates are able to connect concepts, theories, methods and analytical tools in the field of public administration and public issues to assigned tasks with a high level of precision.
- Graduates can implement (implementing) the ability to communicate, advocate policies and public interests effectively in local and country development.
- Graduates are able to create scientific works (reports, and final assignments) systematically and methodically.
ATTITUDE
- Graduates are able to display a confident attitude in working both independently and in groups.
- Graduates are able to demonstrate professional commitment to ethics and the profession
- Graduates are able to demonstrate a good personal, social and emotional personality
